Most orders ship within two business days with exception of holidays.
If you ordered a custom please allow 4-6 weeks processing time before order ships.
All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS with a tracking number updated & sent via email.
Once your order leaves my hands at USPS, it is up to them to deliver it safely. I am not responsible for lost or damaged orders. If this were to happen, please contact USPS directly.
